The Sea Garden is free and open all day, a national monument of landscape architecture with the Aquarium and the Naval Museum inside. Euxinograd, the former royal summer palace about 8 km north, works differently: you can enter only on a guided tour booked in advance, and the price is not published, so ask when you book.
